Tomboy Sailing and Barbary Rock Adventures present an unrivalled Sailing and rock climbing adventure package operating from Gibraltar.

Tomboy Sailing have teamed up with Barbary Rock Adventures to provide an unrivalled adventure package here in Gibraltar!

If you have never been sailing or rock climbing before, this is an amazing opportunity for you to experience both of these exhilarating sports.  Both sailing and rock climbing combine a variety of mental and physical challenges making this adventure Package a completely unique experience.

The Sailing!

Tomboy Sailing provide an experience designed to give you the opportunity to learn some of the principles of sailing.  A chance to tack and gybe the boat, take the helm and become part of a race team.  To sail a boat efficiently takes good communication, leadership skills, decision-making and a competitive edge.  Throughout your time onboard, you will rotate into various positions around the boat.  You will be given the opportunity to take charge, command other members of the crew, be instructed and implement commands.

Alternatively if you have had a hard few days rock climbing your sailing experience can be a more relaxing time.

The Climbing!

Barbary Rock Adventures provide an experience designed to equip you with all the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to climb under your own steam.  You'll cover everything, including equipment choice, tying-in, belaying, body movement and general safety principles, emerging an inspired and confident climber.  We provide all the correct safety equipment and with our expert guidance we will ensure that you have the thrill of your life in a stunning location.

Both Tomboy Sailing and Barbary Rock Adventures employ staff trained to the highest levels in their respective fields.  All of our staff are qualified in First Aid.

What’s included:

• All Safety Equipment on either activity.

• Transport from the boat, or to the climbing areas and back.

• Accommodation on board Yacht Tomboy.  Longer climbing excursions may require alternative accommodation.
  

• Marina Fees.
  

• Breakfasts, lunches, snacks and soft drinks whilst on the boat.
